AroundTheGlobe is a directory of startups. Each listed startup gets a boat on the globe and a page of its own. By listing a startup or paying to have one featured, you agree to these terms.

Listings

Listing is free. Only list a startup you run or are allowed to speak for, and keep what you say about it accurate.
A listing appears as soon as you submit it, marked as not verified until we've reviewed it. We can decline or remove a listing, for example if it's misleading, unlawful, or not a real product.
Your listing's name, description, country, category and website are public. Your email address is not.

Featured listings

Being featured is the one thing we charge for. A featured listing is shown in the Featured section at the top of the directory, which is marked as a paid placement, wears a Featured badge, and has its name shown beside its boat on the globe.
It costs $15 for 30 days. That is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews by itself. Paying again while a listing is featured adds another 30 days to the end.
Payments are final. If we decline or remove a listing for a reason that isn't a breach of these terms, we refund what was paid for it.
Payments are handled by Stripe.

Listings link to other people's websites. We don't run or vouch for them.
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but can't promise it always will be, and aren't liable for losses from it being unavailable.
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
